We do not accept overly broad or generic marketing articles. Submissions must have a clear and direct connection to the core theme of micro-moments. We also do not publish content that is overly promotional or has been published elsewhere.

Our Guidelines

To maintain a high standard of quality, we ask that all submissions adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Originality: Your article must be 100% original and exclusive to Micro Moment Marketing. We do not accept content that written by AI. We also do not accept content that has been published on any other website, including your own blog.
  • Depth & Word Count: We prefer comprehensive articles of 1,000 – 1,500 words. Your post should provide significant value and actionable advice, not just surface-level theory.
  • Tone & Style: Write in an expert yet approachable tone. Use the first person (“I,” “we”) to connect with the reader. Keep paragraphs short and use headings (H2, H3), bullet points, and numbered lists to make the content scannable.
  • Evidence-Based: Back up your claims with links to recent data, statistics, and authoritative sources. Refer to real-world examples and case studies to illustrate your points.
  • Links: You may include non-promotional, value-adding links to relevant resources and authoritative websites. Any promotional links or affiliate links will be removed.
  • Images & Media: Please include at least 1-2 high-quality images, screenshots, or graphs to illustrate your points. Ensure you have the legal right to use them and provide source attribution where necessary.

Our Submission Process

We have a simple, two-step process for submissions.

  1. Pitch Your Idea First: To save you time, please send us your topic idea and a brief outline to: rizky (at) micromoment.marketing with the subject line: “Guest Post Pitch: [Your Article Title]”. In your pitch email, please include:
    • A little about yourself and your expertise in this area.
    • Your proposed article title and a 2-3 sentence outline.
    • At least two links to your previously published work (optional).
  2. Submit Your Draft: Once your pitch is approved, you can start to write. Please submit your final article to us as a Google Doc with editing permissions enabled.

Please note that any pitches that not following this submission process will be ignored.

What Happens Next?

  • Review: We review all submissions and will respond within 1 weeks if your pitch is a good fit.
  • Edits: We reserve the right to edit your submission for clarity, grammar, style, and SEO optimization to align it with our content strategy.
  • Publication: Once your article is live, we will notify you so you can share it with your network. We also encourage you to be active in the comments section, responding to questions from our readers.
